Troubleshooting

1. The iPhone pops “Not your Air Pods Pro” while pairing.

Answer – Please click to connect on your iPhone, when it says “Hold Button” , press and hold the sync button until it pops “Air Pods Pro” or the name you set on your iPhone.

2.Bluetooth pairing failed several times. Answer – Please find the device in Bluettoth setting on your phone and click “Ignore this device”. And then you can pair again according to the pairing instruction.

3. One of the earbuds has no sound after pairing. Answer – Put the earbuds into charging case, close the lid,and then open the lid again.

4. One of the earbuds doesn’t charge.

Answer – The charging pin in the case or earbuds may be contaminated or oxidized. Please try to clean the charging pin.
